CLASSES



I intend for my classes to be nourishing for my students that they might experience increased energy flow and the feeling of well being. 

Classes focus on: healthy alignment, breath awareness and mindful movement.

Benefits include:

  • increased strength, mobility of the joints, flexibility, stability and balance
  • increased body and mind awareness
  • improved concentration and energy

Other benefits include improved bodily functions (circulation, digestion), improved breathing capacity, improved immunity, balance to the nervous system, reduced stress and anxiety, as well as a sense of clarity and calm to the mind. Yoga also may help you to become more insightful and help you find your balance.


My teaching style is inspired by my personal practice and years of studies with many teachers and masters from a wide range of yoga schools including Satyananda, Sivananda, Iyengar,

Asthanga, Restorative, Yin and others.


My classes are creative and I enjoy incorporating yoga philosophy as well as Qigong and

Chinese Five Elements philosophy into my classes.

My classes are accesible and inclusive and are suitable for all level of experience, including beginners.

I offer options and modifications and use props depending on abilities and encourage students to adapt the poses to suit the ability and flexibility of their individual body.

CHAIR YOGA
